Our Interview Process
This process can change depending on the role you are being considered for, but generally here’s what to expect if you apply.
Resume Review
This is the first step in the hiring process. After we review your resume, we’ll reach out if it looks like you might be a great fit at Whanot.

Initial Screen
The next step in the process is speaking to someone on our team over the phone or via video call. We will learn more about your background and share more information on the role.

Second Round
During this round you will meet with a team member, typically the hiring manager for the role.

Skills Interview
You’ll get to meet with additional members of the team during the first round of interviews. Depending on the role you are interviewing for, this could include a technical / coding section.

Final Round
This is the final interview stage, including a Cultural Principles interview to ensure our values are aligned.

Offer letter
Congrats! You’ve made it this far. We will check your references and put together a formal offer letter.
